Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (Online)

Students in the Bachelor of Science with a major in Hospitality Management program will differentiate specific characteristics of the segments of the hospitality industry, identify current trends and issues, and develop effective marketing strategies and optimal human asset management practices industry using quantitative methods. Students will develop a leadership philosophy and practice consistent with a biblical worldview, apply appropriate communication strategies to achieve organizational goals, and utilize appropriate technologies to meet changing business conditions. Students will also create a business plan for a small hospitality industry business. Students will be required to perform a field exercise as part of this program.
