Associate of Science in Surgical Technology

Carrington’s Surgical Technology program offered at our San Jose, California and Phoenix, Arizona locations, encompasses the academic and clinical instruction necessary for graduates to perform the entry-level duties of a surgical technologist. Students are expected to participate in a minimum of 120 surgical cases by the end of the program.

Courses include microbiology, anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, surgical procedures, instrumentation and techniques, pre and postoperative routines, and care of surgical patients.
