Establish strong foundational pastry arts skills required for successful careers in today’s kitchens in an accelerated format through our Diploma in Pastry Arts program. By exploring the theoretical as well as practical techniques of baking and pastry, students are able to form a strong foundation to prepare them for a number of paths in this sought-after career. Our hands-on focused education allows for a thorough exploration of the basic elements of the pastry arts as well as more finely-focused training.

Students enhance their classroom coursework with a 225-hour externship completed in a real industry setting at the end of the program.
